He keeps hanging on to this ‘not guilty’ verdict. Might have been interesting if they had been able to consider the Scottish verdict of ‘not proven’. That might have been very interesting.
His real problem is that he doesn’t belong to a genuine Profession. Sure, they get paid but that doesn’t make them Professional. Then he might be able to grasp the concept of ‘A Code of Conduct’.
A bit heavy this, dear Terry, but it means that there are ideals that are considered worthy of acknowledging that are above those of the Law of the Land. To belong to a true Profession these need to be observed and then you can be considered a true Professional.
