Charity Calls For Ban On Alcohol Advertising


We always get worried about these groups who go out Cherry-Picking. Politicians are famous for it, particularly those involved in education, but pressure groups love to do it as well.

What they do is to COMPLETELY IGNORE the whole picture. That is crucial. Then then isolate one tiny element and claim that the whole thing revolves around that single aspect.

The classic “Cherry-Picking”.

We would love to know who was running the advertising campaign at the time of Gin Lane. Couldn’t be down to human nature could it?
